An opportunity exists to join a sailing expedition off the South West Coast of Ireland to take part in a survey looking at the spatial and temperate distribution of cetaceans – with particular emphasis for habitat preference and the dynamic variables that affect such habitat.

Jessy of Adrigole is based in Bantry Bay in West Cork and has the most beautiful cruising ground for you to explore. In Bantry Bay alone you have Bere Island, Glengarriff Harbour with Garnish Island, Bantry, Dunboy and many exquisite sheltered coves. There are visiting dolphins, resident seals and numerous sea birds to enjoy.
The coastline of West Cork and Kerry is second to none, with numerous coves and bays to discover, from Roaring Water Bay to Derrynane Harbour and the headlands of Mizen, Sheeps, Dursey and Kerry within a days sailing. All bursting with wildlife.
Your skipper is the highly qualified and experienced Niall MacAllister – zoologist, ocean yachtmaster, RYA / Irish Sailing yachtmaster instructor, amazing chef, fluent french, tour guide.
Your yacht, Jessy of Adrigole, is a Department of Transport licensed passenger carrying vessel, so you are assured of high safety standards at all time.
